I had a lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the clean room and the excellent breakfast with healthy choices. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the make-your-own waffle station really hit the spot! Just a small hiccup was that we weren’t offered bottled water upon check-in, but overall I highly recommend this place for a cozy stay! 😊

my stay was fantastic! the location made it super easy to explore richmond. the king studio suite was spacious with great amenities and the breakfast had so many options. it was a nice change from my previous stay in the city.

the tv didn’t work properly.

The King Room was really comfortable and clean. I liked the ample space and the toiletries provided were good quality. The only downside was the A/C unit blowing cold air directly onto me while I was working at the desk. Other than that, it was a nice stay for one night.

The cleanliness of my room stood out immediately. The staff member who greeted me was very friendly and offered me complimentary water, which was a nice touch.

However, I would have appreciated water during check-in as well.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond Glenside had a beautifully clean lobby and comfortable seating areas, making it easy for seniors like myself to relax. The staff was attentive and helpful, which truly enhanced my stay.

More accessible luggage carts for seniors would help.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in a spacious King Studio Suite, which was perfect for our family. The kids loved splashing around in the seasonal outdoor pool, and we enjoyed lounging by the sun loungers in the warm sun. Just a heads up, the pillows could use a bit of freshening up! 😊

Richmond's got culinary gems – you can't miss the Sicilian cunzato bread at Nanking! The staff was superb and the breakfast was packed with options. I was also impressed they had coffee and water available all day long!

I try not to improve on perfection, but the lack of a working TV was a bummer. Everything else still gleamed and felt cozy, though!

I enjoyed my stay with an early breakfast that was ready at 6 am, perfect for my busy schedule. The staff was exceptionally helpful, making my experience pleasant. However, the room could have benefited from a bit more attention to cleanliness standards during my two-night visit.
